I got dance training under Shri Narender Sharma and joined Bhoomika Creative Dance Center in 1981. Later in 1989 ,became the Ballet Master of the troupe.
Also learned Mayurbhanj Chhau and American Dance (Modern Dance) from Bharat Sharma.
Assisted Shri Narender Sharma in Choreographing "Inauguration performance of IX Asian Games" in 1982.
Conducted the opening ceremony of "APNAUTSAV",The South Central Cultural Zone. National Youth Award Winning function in 1989-90-91.
For children conducted workshops with SAHMAT & various schools.
Toured Yugoslavia, France, Czechoslovakia, Italy, U.S.S.R., Bhutan as a member of Bhoomika unit.
Attended Modern Dance Festival in West Germany in 1995 and went U.K. to present my work.
Also joined 3 weeks workshops of American Dance conducted by the faculty of American Dance Festival.
I assisted Shri Narender Sharma in special programme for the honour of Nelson Mendella in I.G. Stadium.
I have completed his research work on tribal dances and instruments of Himachal Pradesh under Shri (Dr.) Ram Swaroop Shandiliya (HOD Himachal Pradesh University).
I learnt music (violin) from Shri Ralaramji and played many concerts with Delhi Symphony Society.
As a Choreographer I presented my work at Navotsav 1990,
Youva Mohotsava 1992 and special performance in Yuva Mahotsav 1993 as well as some programmes on Doordarshan. A number of short items and Ballets were Choreographed. and the journy is on...
